Consumers are given a rational buying choice through information published on food labels (nutritional labels), according to legislation n° 77 from 02/16/1993 (coming from legislation90/496/CEE).

Nutritional and microbiological analyses allow detecting foods’ macroelements, microelements and potential bacterial contamination.

Safety is guaranteed by HACCP monitoring and specific laboratory analyses that certify absence of contamination.
